Ulcerative colitis

Are you serious? Do you have ulcerative colitis ? “Yes…” I replied with half an apology. Man.

I was diagnosed with the disease in October 2013.

Severe bleeding, severe abdominal pain, never-ending illness. Hospital admissions, prednisone, Yomira… God how I suffered.

And then, in the midst of all the chaos, hair loss, facial swelling from steroids, facial overdose, I learned to control everything… I learned that if I help heal others, I will know how to heal myself too. So it’s true that colitis is considered an incurable disease, but my remission is a living fact.

I learned to control the disease emotionally and nutritionally and today I am in complete remission.

What is ulcerative colitis?

This is a chronic inflammation of the large intestine. The disease affects the large intestine. The cause of the disease is unknown. Along with Crohn’s disease, these are the two main forms of IBD.

Genetic, environmental, and immune factors are involved in the causes of the disease outbreak. The inflammation in the large intestine is continuous, involves mainly the mucosal layer, starts from the anus and spreads to the center of the intestine.

The common symptoms are: rectal bleeding, mucous membranes, abdominal pain, diarrhea and grinding (feeling of urgent need to empty or lay stools that are not really real, those suffering from grinding report that they are unable to empty completely and are left with the need to empty the contents of the intestine) In more severe cases, systemic signs will appear such as: fever, weight loss and anemia. In addition, there is damage to other organs: the joints, skin and eyes. The genetic background, as well as various environmental factors, significantly affect the level of risk of developing the disease.

In most patients (about 80%) the disease is characterized by seizures, including periods of remission at 10%, the initial onset is severe and requires colonectomy. In a minority of patients (5-10%) there is a prolonged chronic course without reaching remission.

Ulcerative colitis patients have an increased risk of colon cancer.

There is no treatment in conventional medicine that leads to a complete cure of the disease.

My name is Ayla Jahn, and in the past I suffered from ulcerative colitis, with its side effects and dangers, to the point of being life-threatening.

Therefore, I decided to fight the disease through the mind-body context, and to calm the digestive system using techniques that I acquired during many years of study both in academia and in other frameworks, and with the help of many years of practical experience with patients in my clinic. Fortunately, with the help of a lifestyle that includes daily meditations dedicated to the digestive tract, and a combination of mind-body methodologies, I managed to reverse the disease, and in fact, I have not experienced outbreaks for a long time. My heart is filled with joy when a patient suffering from an intestinal disease informs me of her regression and his return to normal daily activities, diluting the medication, and the bonus: when the disease recedes, so do the other diseases it brings in its wings.

Click on the following explanation and you will learn how my meditation will help eliminate ulcerative colitis from your life:

I strongly encourage you to listen to an explanation of the use of meditation and speaking to our organs (it’s only 3 minutes)

My treatment method is meditation and guided imagery, during which I guide the patient on a guided journey throughout the entire digestive system. During meditation, blood flow to the affected organs increases, and the body secretes natural hormones and other substances that speed up healing.

This site contains dedicated meditations for relief and healing of the gastrointestinal tract. The process includes meditating for about 30 minutes daily and even several times a day, and switching the meditation each week. In my experience, after 10 weeks, the results surprise the patients, and make me very happy.

A series of meditations can be heard from the site. In case the patient prefers, the meditations can be done under my personal guidance in my clinic, which is located in a green moshav, surrounded by green trees and clear air.

My advisors and I will be happy to accompany you through the recovery process and be happy for your successes.
