Each day I go down to the lake to immerse myself and drink pure, fresh water. I throw a few pots that are tied together with rope into the beautiful lake, and I fill them up. Once the pots are filled, I quench my thirst with this divine liquid of creation.
Now I want to go back to my family’s tent, but I’ve lost my way.
The desert winds start to blow fiercely, the sand is getting into my eyes and scratching them. I cover my eyes with my wet hands from the lake water and the mercilessly whipping sand enters my mouth, I have trouble breathing… My feet are burning in the hot sand beneath my feet.
I can’t move. The mighty wind won’t let me move. I am planted in place and have nowhere to escape from the hot sun and the mighty winds…
“Mother”… I scream in hope that someone will hear me. My mother must be worried about me and doesn’t know why I’ve been gone for so long. My feet are burning, especially my left foot… My crying can’t wash the many grains of sand out of my eyes.”
“Take a deep breath, Ofelia… Look – there’s a safe place next to you,” I whisper to her.
Ofelia takes a deep breath and indeed a tent appears to her. The tent of her beloved aunt and her family. Leslie runs to the tent and lies down exhausted…
“Great, you’re safe now, Ofelia,” I whisper to her.
“Feel the atmosphere of the safe and pleasant space you are in. Feel the energy pulsing in your body…”

Ofelia is a long-time patient of mine, for two years we have been on a journey together, she and I.

We recently began a series of meetings in which Ofelia floats into ancient worlds, in her fascinating past lives. The experience in the desert, from the depths of one of her previous lives, helped Ofelia eradicate a chronic eye infection from which she suffered, and a spur in her left leg.
It was a significant and profound journey, the stones I placed on her body during the meditation balanced her energy. The desert winds and sand that penetrated her eyes, had a connection to the eye infection that she had not been able to heal during her current lifetime, and the heat that burned her feet in the desert sand, was the signal for the spur that formed in her left foot.
When Ofelia finished her meditative journey, her face lit up. She reported significant relief, both physically and emotionally. The physical pain in both places disappeared as if they never existed.
As a graduate of Master of Science, I used to find it hard to believe in reincarnation, but ever since I had my own experience of clinical death, when my gallbladder exploded in my stomach, and when I then came back to life, I researched every bit of information about reincarnation.
I realized that it does indeed exist, scientific researchers confirm the existence of this incarnation as described in Dr. Brian L. Weiss’s book “Through Time into Healing”, in which psychiatry and metaphysics merge in a fascinating book that describes a true story that clearly illustrates the subject of the soul remaining, from a new perspective.
I wholeheartedly recommend this fascinating book.
Dr. Weiss worked in traditional psychiatry until Katherine, a patient who suffered from deep fears and also had an extraordinary capacity for past life memory, came into his office, and he was required to deviate from the theoretical framework familiar to him.
Today he is known worldwide for this work. In his book he describes the stages of treatment of Catherine using the method of past life regression.
It is hard to doubt that this remarkable physician, a graduate of top-notch medical institutions, has (rediscovered) a metaphysical truth that has led him to become a highly accepted therapist, lecturer, author and leader in the field of therapy through past lives.
It is important to note that I am not a psychiatrist and I do not engage in hypnosis, but rather in the reconstruction of reincarnations in a soft and pleasant process through meditation and guided imagery using “The Journey” method by Brandon Bays, combined with the healing theory using crystal stones that balance the chakras, energetic points on the surface of the body – and the results of this treatment are very exciting.
