I came to the workshop because it was important to me together if my wife wanted us to get more tools. I came very skeptical. I said we’ll try max, I won’t come later.
Already at the end of the first meeting I understood how important the workshop is, Ayla was a very attentive facilitator with ways of thinking that were new to me for most of them and gave us many tools for coping with daily life at work, in relationships and in family and in life in general.
In the workshop we understood the tremendous importance of choosing, listening and really looking through the eyes of our dearest ones.
The meetings gave me a special inspiration for life and that things happen and we must not give up and a better understanding of what it means to have disabilities and difficulties and always move forward and not give up on ourselves. Being able to do the meetings in a group was enriching and exciting.
Special thanks to Ayla and Efi and Daniel for their patience, listening, personal stories and for the food and reception every Friday morning.
