While wandering around Facebook I came across Ayla Jahn. Her posts interested me and I started following.
I was exposed to the stories of the people she helped and the books she recommended.
A few months ago, Ayelet posted that she was interested in volunteers with diabetes with whom she wanted to meditate to cure the disease.
I told myself I’d tried everything except medication, so why not try meditation?
I rang, made an appointment, and off I went.
I religiously listened to the weekly meditation twice a day, morning and evening, with a little skepticism deep down as to how much it would help.
For the first two weeks, I didn’t follow a proper diet and the values were high (170).
I thought there was no point in meditating without nutritional balance. In the third week, I combined the two – nutrition and meditation – and I started to see immediate results. Sugar dropped to 150, 131, 117, 108, 103, up to 99. Today my sugar is 99!
This is the first time in years that I have reached double digits and of course the joy was great.
I thought about how in the past there were times when I was strict about proper nutrition, but it still didn’t lead to such low results. Over the years, morning sugar values were high – 123-130 on average.
I feel that the combination of the two is the winning combination – proper nutrition and meditation.
Thank you dear Ayelet for believing in the path and helping me believe –
The results speak for themselves.
With thanks and regards,
Ofri
