Hi, my name is Keren Almog-Shapira who coaches and accompanies processes in coping with life’s challenges, accompanies emotional and physical recovery processes.
She lives in Moshav Nordia in the Sharon region, married to Adi and mother to Mila, Barry and Alma.
For many years I have worked in a variety of positions in the field of human management, recruitment and training, organizational development, accompanying processes within organizations and more. Roles that required a lot of order, organization and methodology, but not only, I discovered that the thing I love most about my job is listening to people, their needs, thinking together and reaching the best solution for them, I studied personal coaching and felt that I had found my calling.
Eleven years ago, my life took a huge turn and I became my first mother and then a special mother.
How to proceed?
I realized that I have the tools, the ability and the way (I would love for you to read the blog I write about this journey of light).
I gathered everything I learned, the approaches, the methods, the techniques. Through personal experience, I renovated and sharpened into practical practice, discovered what I was missing in the basket and added new tools from the field of emotional therapy, meditation and guided imagery to heal body and mind.
I don’t believe in big headlines only in a way that is right and fits everyone exactly in their own way.
