Our life is a path, it is a combination of a certain amount of time and energy. Time goes by for all of us at the same pace. If you sit down, time passes, if you sleep, time passes. When you do something – time disappears. when you do nothing – time disappears. When we are happy, we get frustrated that time is gone. We are all running out of time, so, it is just energy we can do different things with. Therefore, there is great importance to the energy that a person invests throughout his or her life. If people are aware of themselves and their environment, they will channel their energy to good places. We all have 24 hours a day. If we assume that a person sleeps 8 hours a day, it means that a third of a person’s life disappears. In the remaining two-thirds of the time people also eat, shower, and go to the bathroom. Thus 50% of life disappeared. In fact, daily maintenance consumes 50% of people’s time. How do we begin to disconnect from energy-guzzling patterns?
People strive for a solution, but they don’t necessarily want to delve into the problem and see the nature of it. The nature of the problem is as follows: Why are we compulsive? What is compulsive about us? Compulsion means that we go to the same place over and over again. It means that we walk in circles. That is the nature of physical existence in the universe. If you take an atom, whether a single atom or a cosmic space, everything that is physical is always in a circular motion. Atoms make their own circles, the solar system moves in circles, galaxies move in circles, our bodies go through cycles. In fact, we are born because of the cycles in our mother’s body. That’s why we’re born. All physical nature is born out of cyclical motion. It means compulsion. That’s why compulsion isn’t a bad thing. This is the basis of our existence. It’s a platform we need to learn to use wisely and harmoniously.
Joy is the foundation of human growth and I feel very privileged to bring people to experience joy.
There is substantial medical and scientific evidence showing that only when a person has a pleasant experience does his body and brain work at their best. There is no argument about that. There is enough evidence to indicate this. Every influence, success or achievement of goals, growth in the physical world, has to do with the degree to which you harness your physiological and psychological process.
People who lives with joy and without inhibitions of fear of suffering will fulfill their happiness optimally. The whole human experience comes from within the person. Let’s look at it from the chemical aspect. All human experiences have a chemical basis. The person is the one who produces his or her experiences and according to them the chemistry in the brain is created. There are many forces in the world. People won’t always cooperate with each other. Sometimes people will turn against you. This is the nature of the world. That is the way it should be. The world will never act 100% your way, and I’m glad it doesn’t, because if it all happened your way, where would I go? A little bit my way, a little bit your way, a little bit in someone else’s way. That’s how the world should be.
How to raise children ideally:
How many parents would dare to encourage their children not to be identified with them, not to be identified with the religion they believe in, not to be identified with the national or racial or prejudices they hold? Everyone thinks these things are sacred, but these are the things that destroy the human potential.
Our children don’t have to look like us, don’t have to think like us, don’t have to behave like us. A child is not a legacy, it is an individual life. At the same time, the fear is that if I don’t influence the child, someone on the street or on social media will influence the child. It is important that the child’s inner intelligence reaches its full potential. It is important to nurture a person, to give space and to give support and love.
With all the scientific research that exists, the fact is that even today we do not know a single atom in its entirety. We know how to use atoms, we know how to use everything on this planet, but we don’t really know anything about our world. More than 90% of the atom is empty. We don’t know what this void contains.

What do we base our experience on?
We know we are here only because we can see, hear, smell, taste and touch, this is the only way we know that we are here now. While you sleep you don’t know you are here, even though you are here. Your heart is beating, everything is functioning, the world is working, we are all here, but you will not know that you are here. While you sleep, life goes on, even inside of you. The only thing is that these five senses are temporarily closed. So, your whole life experience happens because you are able to see, hear, smell, taste and touch. But at the same time, we are unable to see ourselves as others see us.
People have a need for belonging. It takes a lot of courage to live here without belonging to anything, but still be involved in everything. Most people belong but don’t get involved. They just want to feel a sense of belonging, of being a part of a whole.
Most things are invisible
We don’t really understand the mysteries of our universe. The root of our existence. We don’t even understand how a grass leaf works in its entirety. We do not know one atom in its entirety. We do not know a single cell in the body in its full context. We know a few things, and from this we conclude that we understand many things about our world, but the reality is that much is hidden from the visible, we supplement our imagination with pieces of information in order to produce a complete picture of how our world operates. We’re comfortable just believing in something. The word faith means that I have concocted assumptions about which I know nothing. Where does faith come from? It comes from when people need to believe in something and to belong to a group. Therefore, believers are always in groups and seekers are alone.
The nature of human intelligence is to seek meaning, to embrace faith. But people want to enjoy a place of comfort in belonging to the faith. Many people do not know what peace of mind is, for they are inside a belief system and they continue to search for meaning. To me, it’s like tying the boat to the dock and then rowing strongly. It is an investment of energy that does not lead to emotional development and the desired result, which is emotional well-being.
Living means enjoying doors that open to you. Death is closing the door.
Therefore, life must be used to produce all the good that stands before us by opening as many doors as possible.
Basically, if people understand that the source of the human experience is within us, joy or suffering, anguish or ecstasy, pleasure or pain, everything comes from within us, then they will understand that their thoughts have a deep influence on their emotions, positive and negative. When a person is unhappy with the presence of another person in his or her, they will feel discouraged. They will feel that there is no solution to this life. It is a slow death that occurs whenever a person encounters the object of his unhappiness. The person will feel this sense of death within him or herself every day. If a person understands that the source of his or her joy or unhappiness lies within, then that person knows and understands what the obvious choice is. This is the meaning of the word karma. Karma means action. That is, when we say that our life is our karma, we are actually saying that our life is 100% our creation. In the world there are many forces involved. When a person does not take responsibility for his or her life circumstances, then there is a feeling that life is a collection of incidents, which brings upon anxiety.
Consciousness makes a person take responsibility for his or her life. In this way, people understand that their life is not a circumstantial collection of events, but rather the navigation of the people themselves. At the most basic level, a person’s physiological and psychological spaces are a clear product of his or her thoughts and actions and therefore the control over life events prevents anxiety.
Humans must take responsibility for their life: for their health, their happiness, their joy, their ecstasy, and their unhappiness. Everything is in the hands of the person himself. People operates their lives however they want and therefore it is better for them to take control of their life and navigate their life for the better.
The shortcuts that make it a longer way
People tend to take shortcuts and not to invest in deep and meaningful study of the purpose of their existence.
Our universe is so complex that it takes patience to delve into the deep emotional processes that are the source of our strength and our light. When a person seeks a shortcut and is unwilling to invest in his or her emotional and spiritual development, he or she condemns themselves to a life of suffering. Therefore, it is important to be open-minded, to summon into our lives the ability to learn and to observe the depths of the soul so we could live fully and thrive.
The difference between pain and suffering
Pain is physiological. Pain protects us from dangers in the environment. It is a good physical reaction we have, because it is our mechanism of self-preservation. But suffering is something we do in our soul, it is pain that occurs in your mind and in your body. Most often, people multiply their pain by 1000 or a million times, depending on how much the person is able to make him or herself miserable. Right now, most people are that way. They can suffer from what happened 10 years ago or suffer because of what might happen the day after tomorrow. They are already suffering before the event occurred in their lives. They don’t suffer from life, though they think they are. They are actually suffering from two of the most fantastic abilities that humans alone have: an old memory, and an imagination. Because of these two things, people make their lives miserable.

The mind is not in one particular place. Each cell in the body has its own intelligence.
Sadhguru
A person’s own excess of leisure time, brings him to misery
The process of survival is getting easier than ever. In the past, when a human needed a bucket of water, he or she had to walk many miles to the river to get one bucket of water. When the family needed 25 buckets of water, people didn’t have time to think about anything else.
In our day, this time of comfort, there is a lot of time for ourselves because our survival as humans is better than ever. Another thing is that most people don’t know how to manage their biochemistry without exercise. I’ve seen a lot of people, especially teenagers, come to me with problems of self-directed violence. If you leave them like that, they might commit suicide or kill someone else. Some of them even killed their own parents. Today it is common to see young teenagers wanting to take their own lives.
Our goals, and our stupid ideas about success are the ones that drive them, because we try to use our children like racehorses. We constantly pressure them to achieve.
When a person treats life as a race, the goal is to get to the finish line quickly. Isn’t the finish line the end of your life? It may not be a conscious process. Our lives have led us to treat our existence in this world as a race. When a person feels miserable, he or she sends a message to every cell in the body that he does not want to live.
Maybe it’s not well articulated in a person’s thoughts, but when he or she becomes miserable, they notice that suddenly their body looks heavy and they feel that they are having trouble getting out of this stuck situation. When we are happy, we are able to do anything we want. And here, too, the message is transmitted to every cell in the body. When a person is happy and discovers the wonderful ability of maintain emotional balance – it is important to preserve the source of optimism and joy. If a situation occurs in which the person again sinks into despair and then recovers and sinks again into despair, the body becomes confused because it is out of balance. The body is very intelligent. It follows instructions. Every cell in the body has an a sensation and has infinite memory and intelligence. If you continue to send incorrect messages to your body, it will react accordingly. You’ll be half dead. In this way you turn your intelligence against yourself.
Our lives in this day in age are much more comfortable because of our understanding of science and our utilization of that knowledge as technology. We are the generation that has known the greatest comfort ever in the history of mankind. We are especially empowered because there is science and technology for our external well-being. There is also a whole science and technology for inner well-being. Unfortunately, most cultures have ignored this. The thought that if we have maximum comfort in our lives then everything will be fine, is not true. The United States is an example of how that doesn’t work. The richest country on the planet, 70% of the population of the world, uses prescription drugs to preserve its health.
External inspiration and encouragement will not lead to solutions. They will bring some clarity. The solution will come only when you take a proper step inward. The wisdom is to go step by step and learn to live a harmonious, good life.
When we are happy, we change for the better and open up to receiving the healing energy of the universe. Despite this, most people are not satisfied, even though our lives are phenomenally improved compared to how our grandparents used to live.
We live in a living cosmos. Everyone is free to live his or her life as they choose. If you believe in a meaningful life, your very presence will become meaningful. It is not the external things that will make your life meaningful, but your inner self, your soul, which is full of all the good of creation. Thus, a huge oak tree creates a big impact by its very presence, it does not need to do anything in order to make an impact. It should only be what it is. The shade it creates is refreshing and wonderful. This is God’s gift to you – it gives you the opportunity to make an impact just by virtue of being. Most people notice the effect of this only when it’s gone. If this magnificent tree was cut down, only then would man be able to appreciate how good the tree’s presence was.
To summarize:
There are over 7 billion people in the world. Eventually, all people who are alive today will pass away. But the great meaning is – until that day comes – how did humans choose to live their lives? Are they asking themselves if they want to live in a beautiful world? This doesn’t mean just a beautiful view of the ocean or a blooming nature reserve. Beautiful means human life. Beauty is within every human being. The question is not what I wear, what I drive, where I live, but how I am inside myself. In every chapter of history, people behave in accordance with progress, but what all people throughout history have in common is the human experience, which is constant throughout human history. No matter what generation you live in, you can be happy or unhappy. Whatever you choose to be will accompany you forever. Therefore, be good to yourself. Remember that we have been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy the abundant life on our planet. The material world around you should not indicate how happy you are. It is much simpler – when you dive into the depths of your soul and get to fulfill the dream of life just by being, without needing to race, just harmoniously and complete, then you will feel the deep meaning of life. And it’s in your hands. At any given moment you can choose to be happy. So be kind to yourself and activate the power of creation that will enhance your ability to be happy.
Finally:
Being happy is a choice.
It is often easy for us to get suck in our comfort zone, even if it is excruciating and hurtful.
Therefore, our greatness is to grow, thrive, and influence our environment in a positive light that will only grow when we are reconciled with ourselves. May we all know true inner peace, may we engage in that which will give us strength and vitality, and may we echo to ourselves words of self-love and love of the universe around us.
A few simple habits can greatly improve our lives:
- Meditate at least once a day
- Try to remember to breathe deeply whenever you remember can.
- Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your stomach with pure oxygen. Feel the oxygen filling your entire stomach and slowly exhale the air out through your mouth. Practice this at least once a day while resting.
- Get enough sleep.
- Eat rich and healthy food, based mainly on plant-based foods.
- Love yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are and know that you are God’s wondrous creation.
Wishing you health and joy,
